1. Fill out the “App Fee” section and pay $19.97 for up to 3 pieces.

2. Payment verifies applicant as seller.

3. Send an email to 12x12show@THBrennenFineArt.com with “Your Name-App Fee Paid” in subject line.

Include:  1 image of each painting, price and medium, bio, headshot and birthyear                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  label files: “last name_painting title_price”

NOTE: 12”x12” = art size not including frame. You do NOT need to purchase a frame to enter.

4. FRAMING: all accepted artwork must use King of Frame 12x12 “Taos Black - BFA1212-”. Artist will order direct from King of Frame for $72.00 + shipping (Reg. $80.00 Use discount code BFA1212 at checkout). Art not framed in the Taos frame will not be shown. *International artists: Send your frame to T.H. Brennen - we will frame your piece for you! All accepted artwork must be shipped with a return label.

Commissions: Gallery 50%, Artist 50%

Artists commission checks will be mailed by January 15th.

Unsold art will be sent back by January 30th. Artist must provide return label.
